Can anyone become a web tester?
No, we only accept new members through invitations. If you found the registration link on a forum or received it from a friend, we won’t be able to accept you as a member. However, you can join our waiting list here. Due to high demand, we can’t provide a timeline for when more testers will be accepted.
What kind of tasks will I be doing?
Tasks vary based on our clients’ needs, but they typically focus on user experience (UX) and identifying issues within online business processes. You’ll be testing websites and apps to ensure they work as expected on various devices.
Do I need any prior experience to become a web tester?
No prior experience is needed. Most tasks are straightforward and easy to complete.
What do I need to become a web tester?
You’ll need an internet connection, a mobile device or computer, and a PayPal account to receive payments.
What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
You can easily sign up for a free PayPal account.
How do I update my PayPal e-mail address in my webtestclub-canada.com account?
Just send us an e-mail with your old PayPal e-mail address and the new one you’d like to use, and we’ll update your account.
Can I refer friends or family to webtestclub-canada.com?
Unfortunately, we’re not accepting referrals at this time. Our recruitment is based on specific client needs, which may vary by region or device type.
How many accounts can I have as a web tester?
You are allowed one account per person and one per household. If more than one account is detected, all accounts will be deactivated, and any earnings will be forfeited. You will also lose the ability to participate in future tasks.
What should I do if I encounter an issue with a task?
Please respond to the e-mail containing the task and describe the issue you’re experiencing. Screenshots are helpful for troubleshooting.

How much will I get paid for my tasks?
Payments range from $0.01 to $10 CAD per task, with higher rates for more specialized tasks. Payment amounts depend on the complexity of the task, your previous accuracy and quality, and how active you’ve been with us.
How do I get paid?
We process payments for completed tasks via PayPal, which is why we request your PayPal e-mail address when you register.
When will I receive payment?
Payments are typically processed within 48-72 hours after task completion, Monday through Friday. We don’t process payments on weekends or statutory holidays.
I haven’t been paid for my completed tasks. What should I do?
If more than 72 hours have passed and you haven’t received your payment, please contact us via e-mail, and we’ll look into it.
When will I receive my first task?
Your first task will be sent right after you register. We usually send new tasks daily, depending on our clients’ requirements.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, and move our e-mails to your inbox or whitelist us to ensure you don’t miss any tasks.
Why have I stopped receiving tasks?
If you’ve followed all the rules and stopped receiving tasks, it’s likely due to a temporary pause in testing campaigns. Don’t worry—more tasks will become available soon, and we’ll send them out as they come in.
Is this open to all devices?
Yes, you can register with any device.
Will I need to download anything?
No downloads are needed for standard tasks. However, some specialized tasks may require downloads, and those tasks offer higher compensation. Rest assured, all downloads are completely safe.
I no longer want to receive tasks. How can I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our e-mails. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive tasks.
